16-Bit--Flipflop Edgered D-Ty-Triggepe mit Ertrag 3-State
Dieser flankengesteuerte D-artige 16-Bit-Flipflop ist an 0.8-V zu 2.7-V VCC betrieblich, aber ist speziell für 1.65-V zu 1.95-V VCC Operation bestimmt.
Das SN74AUC16374 ist für die Implementierung von Pufferregistern, Input-/Outputhäfen, bidirektionale Bustreiber und das Arbeits Register besonders passend. Es kann als zwei 8-Bit-Flipflops oder ein 16-Bit-Flipflop verwendet werden. Auf dem positiven Übergang des Input der Uhr (CLK), die q-Ertrag des Flipflopnehmens auf den logischen Zuständen gegründet am Input der Daten (d).
Abgedämpft Ertrag-ermöglichen Input (OE) kann verwendet werden, um die acht Ertrag in jedes zu legen ein normaler logischer Zustand (hohe oder niedrige logische Zustände) oder der hochohmige Zustand. Im hochohmigen Zustand die Ertragweder Last noch die Buslinien erheblich fahren. Der hochohmige Zustand und der erhöhte Antrieb liefern die Fähigkeit, um Buslinien ohne Schnittstelle oder pullup Komponenten zu fahren.
OE beeinflußt nicht interne Operationen der Klinke. Alte Daten können behalten werden, oder neue Daten können eingegeben werden, während die Ertrag im hochohmigen Zustand sind.
Um den hochohmigen Zustand während der Energie herauf oder der Energie sicherzustellen unten, sollte OE an VCC durch einen pullup Widerstand gebunden werden; der Minimalwert des Widerstandes wird durch die stromziehende Fähigkeit des Fahrers bestimmt.
Dieses Gerät wird völlig für Teilweisenergie-untenanwendungen unter Verwendung Ioff spezifiziert. Der Ioff-Schaltkreis sperrt die Ertrag und verhindert, gegenwärtigen Rückstrom durch das Gerät schädigend, wenn er abgeschaltet wird.
