Eigenschaften:
Die ‚ABT16373A sind transparente D-artige 16-Bit-Klinken mit 3 Zustandsertrag, die speziell für das Fahren von in hohem Grade kapazitiven oder verhältnismäßig niederohmigen Lasten bestimmt sind. Sie sind für die Implementierung von Pufferregistern, Input-/Outputhäfen, bidirektionale Bustreiber und das Arbeits Register besonders passend.
Diese Geräte können als zwei 8-Bit-Klinken oder eine 16-Bit-Klinke benutzt werden. Wenn Klinke-ermöglichen Sie, Input (Le) ist, die q-Ertrag folgt dem Input der Daten (d) hoch. Wenn Le niedrig genommen wird, werden die q-Ertrag auf den Niveaus verriegelt, die am d-Input gegründet werden.
Abgedämpft Ertrag-ermöglichen Input (OE) kann verwendet werden, um die acht Ertrag in jedes zu legen ein normaler logischer Zustand (hohe oder niedrige logische Zustände) oder ein hochohmiger Zustand. Wenn VCC zwischen 0 und 2,1 V ist, ist das Gerät im hochohmigen Zustand während der Energie oben oder der Energie unten. Jedoch um den hochohmigen Zustand über 2,1 V sicherzustellen, sollte OE an VCC durch einen pullup Widerstand gebunden werden; der Minimalwert des Widerstandes wird durch die stromziehende Fähigkeit des Fahrers bestimmt.
Das SN54ABT16373A wird für Operation über der vollen Militärtemperaturspanne -55°C zu 125°C. gekennzeichnet. Das SN74ABT16373A wird für Operation von -40°C zu 85°C. gekennzeichnet.
